Block boards are produced from selected and seasoned timber battens. These are associated with Urea Formaldehyde Resin under high pressure and temperature for MR grade and Phenol Formaldehyde resin for BWP grade. The block boards are conflicting to twisting/warping and have superb screw holding & nail holding capability.

It is only possible because of seasoned & durable timber which is used. The wood battens are thoroughly seasoned in scientifically manage by seasoning kiln plants and then cut with great precision to obtain uniform thickness. These battens are systematically systematize and utmost care is taken to avoid any extra gap between the battens.
